About Company

Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) is a unique profitable dividend paying infrastructure stock in the unlisted share category which is the world’s first fully solar-powered airport and the third busiest airport in India for international traffic. The unlisted shares of CIAL are trading at ₹430-₹460 as of September 2026 with a 52-week band of ₹440-₹496. The face value is ₹10 and the lot size is mostly 100 shares. FY25 was a record year, revenue of ₹1,142 crore (standalone) and record profit of ₹489.85 crore. The board recommended 50% dividend (~₹239 crore payout). CIAL was crowd-funded in the 1990s through over 18,000 shareholders, a lot of them Gulf-based Kerala NRIs, in a unique manner. Debt has come down to ₹585 crore in FY24 from ₹663 crore in FY21. With no competitor listed nearby and traffic growth steady, CIAL remains a favorite for long-term investors using an unlisted shares dealer looking for income plus appreciation.
