About Company

Hindon Mercantile Limited (HML) is a Delhi-headquartered NBFC registered with RBI, incorporated in 1985 and acquired by Mr. Kapil Garg in 2019, providing secured and unsecured loans across MSME financing, wholesale lending, mediclaim premium financing, personal loans and two-wheeler financing, primarily in North India’s underserved semi-urban markets. It also owns a 54.44% stake in its parent company, Mufin Green Finance Limited. Hindon Mercantile unlisted share price trades at around ₹680-₹708 as of late July 2026, sharply up from below ₹500 a year ago, reflecting strong investor optimism in the NBFC growth story. Minimum investment has reduced from ₹5–10 lakh traditionally to around ₹35,000–₹81,000 making it more affordable. The IPO date has yet to be confirmed. If you’re looking at options via an unlisted shares dealer, HML gives investors exposure to retail NBFCs in India – but its price has risen quickly, so you need to do careful valuation checks before buying.
